It was a fantastic and memorable day for Stockport Ladybrook Speakers Club at the recent Regional Contest, where two of our members achieved outstanding success.

We are delighted to celebrate Geo, who was crowned winner in the speech contest delivering a polished speech that captivated the audience and judges alike. Not to be outdone, Helen secured victory in the topics contest, impressing everyone with her quick thinking and confidence under pressure.

These achievements are a testament not only to Geo and Helen’s talent and dedication, but also to the supportive and encouraging spirit of our club. Many members attended to cheer them on, and their encouragement contributed to the wonderful atmosphere on the day.

We are incredibly proud of both winners whose success confirms Stockport Ladybrook Speakers Club as a special place to grow and thrive as a speaker.

Congratulations, Geo and Helen — a truly proud day for us all!
